In basic support, we will monitor your support emails, communicate with your LMS vendor, and assess common problems seen in your frequently asked questions.

After you create your course content, we will learn the basics of your LMS (if we don’t know it already!) and build out your courses.

This is a one-time service. In the span of a month, I will download, visualize, analyze, and report back on a meeting on all user analysis and relevant evaluation answers for your LMS.
