This is a subscription package that is built to take the pressure off of your team.

For 10 hours a month, we will support your LMS in the ways that it deserves to be supported- without putting extra work on team members who are busy creating educational opportunities.

This service includes:

• Email monitoring and response for your LMS

• Communication with your LMS vendor if there are any issues

• Assessment common problems seen in your frequently asked questions.

• End-of-month report on findings.

This is a subscription service. The first month will cost $1000 and include 15 hours of support so we can get acquainted with your LMS and support structure.

Each following month will be $1000 and include 10 hours of support. This includes creation of the end-of-month report.

If support will take more than 10 hours a month due to volume, each extra hour will be at the hourly rate.
